I've read the past reviews on this place... and it must have gone down hill since the last postin in 2007. I pay $70 for a garage spot/month, and in the first two months of living there my car was stolen FROM THE TENANT ONLY GARAGE because the garage door was broken and wouldn't shut leaving it open to passerbys on the street. Additionally, they put in ceiling fans while we were here, and wired one of them wrong leaving my bedroom (back) and bathroom without power for 2 days (and wires hanging out of the ceiling over night). Three times we have been without power or gas or hot water or clean water or, at time, all four - due to maintenance errors. Our stove periodically does not work yet they will not replace it (often smells like gas and that makes us nervous!) Upon move in, our air conditioner didn't work, and they came that day to fix it, BUT their fix didn't work - they had to replace it, but in the process, left a 3x3 whole in our wall for a day. Lastly, if you have a bedroom that faces shady and is in the back corner, you get A LOT of bugs... Management/maintenace claims they are 'tree locusts' which I am not sure exist, but they look like a cross between beetles and cockroaches...GROSS! HOWEVER, with all of that said, they are definitely nice in the managment office that is onsite. Laundry is expensive, but you can get a laundry card so you don't have to fuss with quarters. Storage units are available for free and are decent sizes. If you do not pay for parking, parking can be tricky at 'high traffic' times but is generally within a 2 minute walk. My final reccomendation... keep looking, but if you do rent here, be prepared for some inconveniences with power/heat/water.
