As far as I've experienced, this place isn't that bad. The apartments are in good condition, for the most part. We've only had one problem that required maintenance, and they took care of it very quickly. We've never had any kind of security problems or noisy neighbors. As far as I know, there haven't been any car or apartment break-ins in the year that I've lived here. Try your hardest not to lock yourself out, because I've heard it's a hassle getting that taken care of. I think it's a pretty decent place if you're a college student.
