The best kept secret in PGH!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   Gorgeous building, accessible location, character, charm, and a professional family that owns it. I've lived here for 5 years and love it! While some people complain about the radiators ect.., the new condos in town just don't have that old school charm that this place does. The views from their roof deck are outstanding too!!
