If you are interested in a land of young rich Asians & lower class old white women, this is the place to be. The apartment management lies solely in the hands of Jane (a 80 something year old moody widow). And as for the parking'' They call it valet, but it'smore like a 24-hr tag team of brothers trying to get up to 90 cars in an area 3/4 of a basketball court.
The bottom line is, if you like your apartment nice and warm all year round, and you are a skilled enough driver, prepared to combat the challenge of the very overcrowded GARAGE, then you'll fit right in.
PS. Avoid the back elevator, and do get the $10 car wash. (They do a great job)
