I have lived at the school house for the past two years, and truly love this building. The management is very responsive and work with the residents. Central Air, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher and microwave. The building has been transformed from an old school house into a very modern luxury housing complex. The only problem I have come across are the windows. They tend to blow open with strong winds, which is very annoying during the winter months.
