I would like to say that my partner and I are signing a lease the week. From the moment that we walked in, we noticed that beyond the beautiful interior, the current building manager, Bob, is nothing short of amazing and helpful. When we stopped in unscheduled to look at the opening we were interested in, he dropped everything and took us to the unit that we were interested in. The unit was currently under renovation, and even asked our input as far as the new tile and carpet that we would like to be installed in the event that we would decide to take the unit. He spent a lot of time giving us a tour of the entire faciility. We are currently leaving another big name in apartments here in the city where we had a the prime unit, and I can say that from the moment that we walked in the door, we were treated better than we had been in the 4 years that we spent at our previous location. The floor plans are amazing, unique, and a design marvel. I am so excited about moving into The School House community and I would recommend any professional type person to take a moment to look at these units before settling for anything less that all the amenities and luxuries that these apartments offer. You will not be disappointed, and I am sure that you will agree with my opinion of the current building manager and will take a sigh of relief at his attentiveness, honesty, and assistance with your moving transition.
