I cannnot say enough good things about this apartment complex. I reluctantly moved out a little over a year ago, but I am happy to say that I am moving back! This place is probably the best kep secret in the city. I work at Allegheny General Hospital, and the fact that I am within walking distance and able to live in such a nice building leaves me speechless. I highly recommend that you check this place out before moving anywhere else in the city. As a former tennant, I can speak volumes about this beautiful building. Each unit is so surprisingly modern for being located inside of a former school house, but it is amazing, and classy at every twist and turn through the halls. I have rented a few places here in the city, and both Delta Property Management and the on-site supervisor (Bob) and maintenance staff are amazing. The builing is super secure! There are cameras at every egress and in all parking areas, the doors to the building securely lock, and the vistor entry system is very user friendly. The upkeep and grounds cleaning are immaculate! Just in the year I have been away, Bob showed me all of the improvements that have been made and are in development... which combined make what was already a great place to live even better! I strongly suggest that you check this place out with your own eyes, because it is well worth taking the tour to see what a great place this is to live. You will not be dissappointed!!! The place even has on-site fitness center and ... a wireless internet lounge, all provided at no extra charge! The parking lots are very secure and again, are under video survellence, so there is a comfort with knowing that both me and my vehicle are safe. The units are so quiet, you will most of the time feel like you are the only person in the building... I don't know what else I can say, this place is amazing and trust me, you will LOVE living here.... I did, and can't wait until my upcoming move in date so I can live here again!
