I rented from S2 Properties for a year and only moved so have a larger apartment. Sandy was always very nice. The neighbors were a little strange and liked to complain about everything. The apartments were always super hot in the winter because the neighbors would leave the front door open to get cool air into their apartments, however, the thermostat was in the cold hallway! No wonder the heat kept running! Anytime I had a problem, they were quick to fix it. I'm looking to move once again and will consider moving back to one of their properties if they have the right amount of space.
