The Docks

Things have changed. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   I have lived here for several years and it seems as if when this newest property manager took over, things have been going down hill. I've read the other reviews and I agree that there is a significant sound problem, but worse is the KIND of tenants that have been coming in. In the past month alone, I have seen 4 cop cars handling situations in the complex. This has never been a problem in the past. What is going on' It used to be that I knew most of the people in my building, now there are so many people that come in and then quickly leave, that I can't keep track of who is coming and who is going. I'm not in the position to leave just yet, but finding a new place to live is approaching the top of my priorities. Two years ago, I would have definitely recommended The Docks. Unfortunatly, things have changed for the worse, so I would no longer do so.
