Great Townhouses and apts

I lived at Trenton Sq for 2 years and loved it. Management is great and the maintanence man, Bob was awesome. Get to know him, if he is still there. The townhomes are very nice, spacous, upscale, and affordable. Ours was a 3 bedrooms. Each townhome comes with an attached garage and basement. There is also plenty of additional space in free private parking lots. No need for the headaches of street parking here. Never spotted a single bug or other critters at all in my 2 years. Neighbors were quiet and pretty much kept to themselves. A diverse ethnic mix with Wilkinsburg on one side and Regent Square on the other. Mostly young working class and families with a few retired people. Not really much of a college population, but a few scattered. Friendly environment, and we never had any problems or major worries with crime. I have a friend currently living in a two bedroom apts. The apts also have a decent amount of space and are of high quality. Only major downside for pet-lovers is their strict policy against dogs of any size and they are tough on allowing other pets also. I believe some of the townhome owners persuading them into allowing cats, but not sure if they allow any in the apts. I would recommend and I miss living there at times.
