apartments are well-maintained; have never had a problem with appliances or appearance.

nice, manicured public lawn/garden area behind apartments.

within walking distance to several bus lines (61A, 61C, and 501 go to Oakland). easy to access from 376 parkway.

didn't seem like many students lived here (it was pretty peaceful), though I was a graduate student and took the bus to campus regularly (15min ride). have even walked on occasion, though rather long trek.

have never had a problem with parking.

overall: I would definitely recommend these apts. they're a good deal.
