Just moved in recently, after much apartment-searching agony. Searched far and wide in Mt. Lebo, Downtown, South Side, and Shadyside. If you're a young professional looking for a top tier apartment for a fraction of the cost...look no further. For $570 a month, you get a crisp and clean apt. Gas is paid, parking included!!! You'll not find that anywhere. Great access to the subway system. Trust me, I've got picky taste, and this place is the best out there for under $700.
