Luxury and Location on a BUDGET

I've lived at the Tuscany for one year...excellent. I agree with all of the other posts...however parking is $20 for a covered carport.
The owner and maintenance people are "second to none". Location is supreme...walking to great dining, the T, the bus, etc., etc. Heat is included in rent and there's PLENTY of it...a few times this winter I had to open a few windows...but that's great considering I was never cold and didn't have to pay for it.
Smaller one-bedrooms...but excellent views from most units. You WON'T be disappointed at the Tuscany!
