It is an ok place to live. I was a Pitt student, so it was a great location. The apartment was pretty clean, becuse it had like 50 coats of paint on all the walls and doors. Parking is ok, if you pay for a spot, if not good luck parking on the street. Also I didn't have any bug problems!
Bad sides: I could hear my neighbor all the time with his friends. The manager is often hard to get ahold of. It is on a busy street and it can be a little noisy. It is also Dante's Inferno hot, heat is on real high in the winter (wear shorts and during the summer there is no built in air conditioning, so wear a bathing suit around the house. The biggest problem was the huge increases in rent from year to year for a small studio: It went from $465 to $490 and then would have gone to $510 if I stayed. They are big increases for nothing to show for it. Decor is a little outdated and no real luxuries. Good for a student.
