I live at Poet's corner in South Park. Because there is no manager nothing gets done on the property and tenants are out of control with their oversized dogs. There is a 20 lb. weight limit and most people that live here have dogs that are 60 lbs. and above. Also because there is no management tenants violate their lease by grilling on their balconies which has almost caused a fire on a number of occasions and splashed me with hot grease on my patio. There is at least 10 people living in a 2 bedroom townhome. On a personal note I would never live here because most people are very unfriendly. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
