great place but tom the live in manager is a lazzy ass From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   i lived in village in the park apts. it was really a great place to live but if anything would break well its not going to get fixed!!!! tom says he would get to it and weeks would go by before you would see him again... these guys end up drinking beer by his truck by 2pm or right after the owners would leave... the yes sir to his boss then talk behind his back is really stupid!!!! overall the price of the apt was great but the quailty and help you got from TOM!!!!! was really a pain in the ass i moved out over two years ago and i was looking for another place to live... i came across this site and was shocked about what the other person said.... if anyone is looking to move here DO NOT DO IT TOM IS LAZY AND MAKES THINGS UP!!!!! if you think the price is great you will have more trouble with things breaky or they were not even working when you moved in to begin with!!!!! AGAIN IF THIS IS THE STARRS READING this TOM drinks by 2 every day by his truck while peoples apts need fixed!!!! i was not the only one that had a problem.... o yea and tom goes through your mail if your a girl.... i had victoria mags that would come and he would make sex comments i found him doing that the one day!!!!! VERY much a lazy jerk!!!!! he needs to be replaced!!!!! if you are looking at the apts and tom is still the showing you just leave!!!!! it will save you in the long run!!!! o yea also u should be there if you are a single girl bc if your not your under wear is moved around when they come to fix things!!!!!! TOM IS A PERV and this also brings the apts down!!!!! i do not recommend these apts!!!!
