I was unfortunate enough to be hired as a resident manager with this psychotic company at one of their "luxury" apartments.
My first day there was a nightmare, and knew I would have to look for another job. There was nothing there for me to do my job, and I was expected to pay for supplies out of my own pocket, which I declined to do so. The tenants had told me that the heat was included in the rent, that is until Mr. Sobol did'nt pay the gas bill, so he converted it to electric heat, which the tenant had to pay. Some of the tenants complained of electric bills of over 200 dollars, on top of the 600 to 700 in rent. I believe this was due to the fact that the way they wired them up, these tenants are paying for the electric to the halls also. Mr. Sobol and his son and daughter who manage this company are whackos. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY.
