Hi, I've been one of the longest tenants (12 years) on my floor at Waldorf Park. I've seen it all in the last ten years--all the employees, all the renovations, and all the problems. The comapny that has owned walford park actually cares about the tenants--which is a good thing. I've seen the pools rebuilt twice, the fitness room equipment replaced twice, and the lobby renovated twice since i've been there. I'm living in my second apartment at waldorf, i used to live in the garden apartments and moved into the highrise a few years ago. i have a great apartment which i love and i know most of the people in the building. what i like the best is the leasing office. the women there are very sweet and make sure that i get excellent service. the one time i had to complain a lot about something the regional manager came to my apartment to talk to me. plus the maintenence staff always has a great attitutde. i get the feeling that the office doesnt allow malcontents to work there. overall an excellent place and at least 30$ less then the competition, in a very solid apartment building. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
