Try staying there on a 5 degree night with no heat, which is an emergency. They would not fix it for a while. That is enough to keep anyone away.

Hey Mike, try being there on the coldest day of the year in 2006 when the hot water was off for three days!!! that's right we were a smelly bunch of residents all complaining and the kept saying it was under repair.
