The intent of this review is to caution prospective renters. I have lived in these apartments for two years and have been shocked and appauled at my experiences. Lobos management is crazy. I signed a lease stating that my rent was 525.00 plus electric. The heat was gas and would come out of the rent. At the beginning of springtime all of the tenants of my building received a letter stating that we needed to pay more money since it "was a very cold winter". This was the first of many shady business encounters. Lobos owns so many properties that they could care less about their tenants. The only plus about living in this building was that my neighbors and I had something in common- we were all mortified by our current rental situation. Approach this property with extreme caution since it appears to be a delightful place but will turn to your worst nightmare as soon as you put your signature on the lease!
