I've lived at Waldorf for about 6 months now.....
Took about 4 months for them to put the right number to the buzzer.
The elevator doesn't work right, hasn't since before we moved in, though the leasing agent told us it would be fixed within the week. The maintenance guy showed me a trick to get it to work, jump and press the button. Something's really bad when the maintenance guy shows you a trick to get something to work instead of making sure it gets fixed.
Firetrucks and/or police have been at the complex at least 3 times a week for the past month or so, each night they come, they're there at least twice.
The are very deep cracks in all the hallways' and our apartment's ceilings. And we can only get cable in one room, there's only 1 jack.
Having heat included is nice, but not worth the rest that comes with it.
I can't wait for my lease to be up.....
