All I can say is I managed this property for 4 months and sadly all of these reviews are true. These buildings are falling apart and the mangement company has no money to fix them. They have apartments here that have been empty for years and are growing poisonous black mold. They opertate thier pool without proper licenses. I have seen them put in dishwashers from thier own homes when renovating the apartments. They treat tennants with outright disdain. The elevators break every few days and more tennats get trapped in them than you would believe. I feel so sorry for ALL the residents. Please please please do not rent here. There are so many better apartments in the immediate area.
