I lived in Waldorf Park for 3 years. Two of which I had to listen to a man upstairs beating his girlfriend, a man who was complained of many times by all of his neighbors and his lease kept being renewed. The police were at my building so many times, I lost count.

I lived on the 2nd floor of a 4 story building and the roof leak became such a problem I had a horrible odor in my kitchen. I realized there was black mold (that's right...the poisonous stuff) growing behind my kitchen cabinets. It got so bad, it grew threw the bedroom wall and I found it behind my dresser when I moved out soon after. Repeatedly, I would call and ask them to do SOMETHING, ANYTHING. Maintenance replaced the cabinets but never did a thing about the mold.
They had the audacity to charge me for smells in the apartment and made me pay for new carpeting. The smell was from mold still growing all over the kitchen.
Please do not lease from Lobos Management at Walforf Park.

P.S. They advertise two pools, but in the three years I lived there, the indoor pool was closed the entire time. The outdoor pool was open about four hours a day, when everyone was at work. Also, they charge you to use the "free" excercise room by making you buy the key.

In the winter, it didn't matter what time it snowed, they would never plow or salt the roads before 9:00 when the office opened. Everyone who went to work before that had to slip and slide into McKnight Road traffic on their way in to work.
