Just moved in a few months ago, and I can honestly say my experience has been very good. Office people have been very helpful with everything from taking the time to straighten out things with the gas company who was confused about my account, to letting Comcast into my apt while I was out.
I looked up this review board because there have been maintenance issues with our building (I live in the high tower), but after talking to other tenants there (some are there over 15 years or so) I have come to the conclusion that the owners are at fault for everything. The office people have nothing to do with maintenance. If the owners won't hire more staff to take care of the property, then there isn't anything anyone can do.
