Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
We were going to tour a Waldorf apartment, but after reading your reviews, we decided to drive through first. The road had potholes. The pool was sitting empty on a hot August day. Many of the windows looked as if they were missing screens, and one tenant even had newspaper covering their window.

It looked like a ghetto. We drove away.
