I have lived in Waldorf Park for 2 years. Overall, it has been a good experience. The girls in the office are very friendly. Every time I have called for maintenance, they have sent someone quickly, and they seem to do decent work. The washers and dryers are kind of old and the fitness equipment could be updated, but overall those are minor. I shopped around at a lot of different complexes before I moved to Waldorf, and while some places were a lot more modern, this seems to be the best value.
