When it came time for renewing my lease I was hit with an increase while coutless others were offered a discount. Favortism from the front desk decides what guests are to pay for parking. Expect round the clock nail pounding and pipe banging. Since they now allow 3-6 month leases College students and their loud Rap Music can be heard at all hours and on all floors. One week to get a light cover fixture fixed. The past year the building has a bad problem with Mice. Allow 2 weeks for maintance to provide you with a trap. Lived there over 3 yrs and not getting better. This is not a building problem but its located 3 blocks from a Police station so expect convoys of Police Cars with sirens blarring outside the window at all hours. Summer does not help with Hill District Hoods blasting their car stereos and you can hear them 1/4 mile away even up on the top floors. And finally - Traffic is sooo nice every time there is an event at the Mellon Arena. Considering the location and that most utilities are included NOT WATER - the value is good but too many internal headaches. Water Bills are paid to a company in Colorado. I did not know Pittsburgh had Colorado Spring water connections
