the washington plaza isnt bad at all. sure there are old appliances and things break occasionally but youre going to get that anywhere. the problems i have with the place are:
1. the staff- they are very rude and dont help you with anything. they expect you to know it all. if you have any questions about anything they give you short answers and dont answer your questions.
2. parking- parking is horrible. they dont have enough spaces for the amount of people that have cars around here. it is way to expensive also.
3. the pool is only open until 9pm because there isnt a lifegaurd after that time. if you're an adult you should be able to swim at your own risk other than have to obey a rule that is for little kids.
4. the elevators: they are very old and shaky. i got stuck in one for an exceptional amount of time. that is just wrong.

if they really want more residents they need to get on the ball!
