Some of the tennants here are very nice people. Some here are not, such as the girl that works at the deli with puffy hair. I personally have seen this such individual smoking marijuana outside of the deli. The management is now getting rid of a lot of the trouble making students. but for the ones that do not make trouble my heart goes out to them. Because other tennants put all of the students in the same boat. But I am here in Pittsburgh to attend a good college. NOT to PARTY and Pass out on the floor in front of elevators and urinate. I respect the staff of the washington plaza for doing all they can. Sorry on behalf of all the college students, especially the irresponsbile ones.
