This is the worst place I have ever lived.

The management is not only incompetent, they are downright rude. They refuse to complete work orders on time and completely (I have placed the same order over 7 times now, in the space of 3 1/2 months).

The heating system is terrible, it will either leave you overheated and dry-skinned or freezing and moldy.

We found a dead mouse underneath our couch while vaccuming... and we are very clean, no dishes or trash left lying about.

Our neighbors (and our) walls are falling apart due to moisture. We are currently in discussions with Allegheny Health and Housing regarding witholding (and refunding) our rent.

There IS NO PARKING. Don't let them tell you otherwise. There is street parking, but you are not able to get a city permit if you live in Washington Plaza (don't believe me' go check with the parking authority). If you park on Vine street, you WILL have your car BROKEN INTO and/or vandalized. It is only a matter of time. Our 1996 Cavalier with no radio got broken into. How sad is that'
