I do not understand all of the negative comments about the manager. First, why would you need to deal with the "manager" if the rent was paid on time. Mine always was and therefore never met this Rosina the entire time I was a resident. Can tell you this much... there's no other place in town as nice as this; period. The pool is very nice, weight room and tanning bed clean.

I've always paid my rent on time. Sometimes you have to deal with management for OTHER things. If something breaks...if you need something! I was supposed to get $100.00 for finding the apartment on rent.com ...well the stupid management LIED and said I found the place thru my employer....riiiight. Whatever my employer said to me "ive heard bad things about that place..you SURE you wanna move there?" So umm they really didnt tell me to move here! Sometimes you have to go to management about a complaint. Noise from others on your floor..etc. So if the management would DO THEIR JOBS instead of just being rude to EVERYONE... grrrr I HATE LIVING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Unixgirl. Sometimes it is pain to deal with them. The water in my toiler come out every few days and you have no idea when you can use it. They try/pretend to fix it but they didn't fix it. Therefore, we have to deal with it.
