I've not been here a year and already can't wait to leave. For $110 a month to park I got acidic water dripping on my car in the garage and caused permanent damage to the paint. The lease protects the management from everything as well as guarentees them a years rent (which is BIG bucks for what you get). They trick you by showing you one apartment when you are still looking and then giving you a crappier one. We have loud and horribly built metal cabinets for food, heating and cooling is seriously out of tenants' control if it works at all (no AC and tiny windows). Even after numerous work orders early on all we got was the maintenance guys breaking a pipe and rusty water spraying the place down. They even hate Rosina too, she really sounds like a bit**. She hasn't been rude to me really but she has no care for her tenants and will do anything for her money. We have paid rent on time every month, so I really haven't met Rosina beyond a brief talk telling me I park at my own risk. And if you have guests, well, don't have guests because there is no place to park. They charge you valet money even though you park your car yourself. And my father came to visit once for less than 10 minutes and he got a huge orange sticker in his window for not leaving his keys at the desk. AND they allow parking in a fire lane (it says "no parking fire lane", but they don't care as long as they get money). The bottom line is they are nice as long as you pay up. This is a greed hole, way over priced and Full Service Network doesn't help. No internet is worth $60 a month, and it keeps getting slower. They have it rigged so nobody else is offered. They even put advertisements in the lobby for their services as if they were competing for our business or something. Most of the problems described in other reviews are true (mice, deteriorating walls, no climate control). We've had water problems galore, been treated rude way more often than we should. The management by far is the biggest issue, they are downright terrible at what they do. I gave this place an honest try, I came in with no negative things told to me. Now through my experience I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and laundry price has risen twice in the last year too, just more greed. I know that no place is perfect, but this goes beyond that. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you will really thank yourself for it.
