The reviews are right! this place is a hell hole. I checked my mailbox once a postcard saying i had a package ,that i had been waiting for, was at the desk was in there, so when i went to get my package (which happened to be a $500 gold necklace i had ordered) the so called "valet door men" aka idiots who sit at a desk all day and do nothing besides collect car keys (yes, a valet service where you park your own car and leave your keys with them and get charged) insisted whoever put the postcard in my mailbox was pulling a prank and said no package came for me and suggested i call the company about it. i had to put a trace on it and it turns out that same day i got the postcard it was delievered at the door man acted like he didnt know what to do with it. Also i agree with the staff doing absolutely nothing, I have been here for 4 months and still waiting for cable in my bedroom. I finally gave up calling for it. Also a few weeks ago a pipe busted on the 11th floor and caused major water damage (including my sofa, chair, about 8 pairs of shoes all destroyed) i had to get all new bedding too it leaked all over my room. When i confronted "the beast" Rosina she said they are not responsbile for any damaged belongings. Has anyone ever heard of living in an apartment and had to worry about it being flooded!' Its because this place is a piece of ----!!!! Also i am engaged and i have to fear the one door man who asked me out a few times, he even asked me twice if he can come up and visit me.

It is extremely dangerous, the 3rd week i was here i saw a boy get beat up outside on the sidewalk and get chased! IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!

Do you have renters insurance? Renters insurance covers any personal item that is damaged in flooding, fire, theft, ect. Apartment buildings do not insure personal belongings. This is the responsibility of the tennant.
