Can't believe ROSINA is still there! Ugh - horrible place

I am absolutely amazed that Rosina is still here. I lived at WP for three years (two of them during college and one after graduation.) My mom emailed me tonight and told me she had found this website and that Rosina is still manager. Unbelievable. Here's what happened to me:
About a day after moving into my apartment (the second year of college, so it was a different apartment than the first year) I started smelling really strange odors. It smelled like urine, actually. Then, as the carpeting dried from being 'cleaned,' strange red and brown spots began appearing leading from the bedroom into the bathroom. Okay, that was pretty gross. So, coupled with the urine smell, I called the office. Rosina told me there was nothing they could do because they had done all they were legally bound to do, which was clean it. Now, I had been told that the woman who lived there before me had gone to a retirement community. Well... after several months of living with the horrible urine smell and awful stains, I found out, while on the shuttle with some long-term residents, that the woman who had lived there before me had died in the apartment and laid on the rug for two weeks before anyone found her. AND THEY DIDN'T REPLACE THE CARPET!!! To make things even worse, I was on the shuttle a few days later while Rosina was on there with some big-wig who was considering a penthouse. He mentioned that he didn't care for the carpet color and her exact words were, "Oh, that's no problem, we'll change it!"
Add to this, the fact that, during my first year, my toilet overflowed thirteen times before they discovered that a previous tenant had shoved flooring tile down it. The maintence staff over and over blamed me for putting too much toilet paper down it, thus causing the problem.
The rugs are held to the floor with rusty nails that poke up through and when I moved out, I was charged sixteen dollars for a loose towel rack that held nothing more than a tiny decorative towel for nine months. The halls were noisy everynight and I could hear my neighbors' every move. And, yes, waking up to gun shots was pretty standard.
For anyone who thinks everyone here is just complaining to complain or that I, or anyone else, is the cause of these problems, I take serious umbrage. Consider this, the place I live in now has an 80% rating and I just added to it.
For years I've been wanting to tell everyone I could how bad WP is. Finally, I am freeeeeee......
