I was considering Washington Plaza as a place of residence but after reading the reviews, I am now deathly afraid. I'm so glad I found this website, I had no idea the place was such a nightmare and now that I know that it's run by ass clowns, I won't be stopping by for a tour. Also, I tried going to their website to see it and would you know it, their server is down. If that isn't a sign, I don't know what is.
