I have been here at Washington Plaza for a few months now and I have had an enjoyable experience so far. There was a water leak from a broken pipe (obviously beyond the control of the office staff) but it was taken care of by maintenance promptly. The office staff seems helpful so far. They have made some improvements to the building while I've been here- remodeled the common areas, upgraded the cable package (which is included with the rent). I see all the negative comments here and I'm wondering if we're living in the same building! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
