That was my apartment that the woman was found in. It was several years ago, so I can't imagine the same carpet is still there! (But, who knows) I lived on three different floors through three different years in college. I *believe* that was when I was on the 9th floor. I don't know that there are any necessarily good floors. Any floor can have loud parties, etc. The walls are very thin, so it is almost impossible to get a floor that is quiet. Good luck.

I can;t beleive that washington plaza is still there.I got suckerd into the ( luxury Apartments ) in 2004 and thought I was in the twilight zone for a year.I ran out of there as soon as my lease was up.All the bad post are all true, all the good ones are from the management so diregard them.if you read my post called Ghetto,is just part of the nightmare I went through at washington plaza. As for the murder I wasnt their then but its known to be true.I am surprised there hasnt been more murders their. It almost happened to my company one night and it was from the doorman and his family.
