DON'T DO IT!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I have had multiple problems with these apartments from the moment I spoke with them to hold a room. First they held the wrong room me. Then after I sent the $200 check in, they called back to say that the person who was suppossed to vacate that apartment was not anymore and they were going to give me another apartment that I could not move into until 2 days before starting my new job. I subsequently called back to see if there were any two bedrooms that would be open sooner and they said that another one bedroom had in fact opened up and was ready for me to move into as soon as I wanted. I excitedly scheduled a move in date a week later. However, the day I was suppossed to move in, I walked into the apartment to find that nothing had been cleaned or prepared for me - not even the carpets as is mandated by law. I told management and they said they would fix this for me ASAP, as I was starting my job soon. Three days later, I returned to the apartment only to find that they had done nothing to fix the apartment. At this point, I rescinded on the lease and am awaiting a refund of all the money they collected on me. Althought the apartment was not completely updated, I could have lived with this if it weren't for the horrible customer service and confusion!!!
