Save yourself some agony, do not live here

Not only are the office staff and maintenance staff rude and apathetic, the issues are never solved. We have not had heat practically all winter and also had a flood that soaked the floors of our entire apartment. The management does not care that you have a nice place to live or that you get what you pay for. It is way too expensive for what it is and parking costs an arm and a leg too. There is mold in the apartments, we had a mouse problem (which they "didn't believe" that we really saw a mouse), and there is just one issue after another after another with this place. This supposedly "luxury" apartment complex is quite the opposite.

These people are obviously expecting to live in the Windsor Arms or Buckingham palace. Jeez.

I live on the first floor in apartment 113, only for 10 more days THANK GOD. There is all kinds of water damage in this place. Good luck to whoever they trick into renting it.
