Horrible...stay away from it.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I have lived in this building for 2 years, and suffered with them. The worst, is the management lacks felxibility, and is not friendly at all ( except when you are here to see an aprtment).
Parking is very expensive, and no guest parking.( You pay valet parkg for any guest yourself, the guest cannot pay his parkg!)
The worse, is when it starts to get cold or get hot. They never turn the heat or AC on until they get 200-300 complaints. ( We pay one of the highest rents in this city, and don't get heat or AC when needed.) They are so cheap, trying to save a 3-4 days electric bill by delaying it)
Always, there is some problem. Water turned off, heat not working etc. etc.
In summary, Don't rent here!it is horrible.
