This place is simply a shame. The building is well-maintained and the apartments are sound-proof, but the management is a JOKE! Rosina... ha, anyone that has lived in the Plaza knows about Rosina. It's hard to believe the woman still has that job - she is unbelievably rude and insensitive, not to mention inflexible for good residents. Most of the front desk staff is polite, kind and helpful, and some of the office staff is helpful. The maintenance staff.... it depends who you get and on what day. (Apparently you're supposed to know it all though, because you get paid to maintain a building' Yeah, no, you don't - you pay to live there.) The place seemed wonderful at first - everyone was so nice moving in.. but that's cause they want your money, that's all. After that, don't expect much from them. Take advantage of what they have to offer cause they just care about taking your cash anyway. I would NOT recommend this place. Perhaps if the management changed substantially, it could be the type of place you'd imagine.

I lived there in 2003 until my lease ran out and I ran from that dive.I almost lost my life there because of a door mans wife and kids who had a party took the place over including the pool and threatened my guest with ball bats when they was leaving.STY FAR AWAY !
