Not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998   Pros: *Easy to move in, the maintenence staff will help you *fix things fairly quickly *very close to Pitt *on a few buslines Cons: *Walls are very thin, you can hear everything *Old, 70s style apartments, not newly remodeled (should be for the amount of money they make). *When we moved in, the apartment was dirty, so we left it that way when we left, and they didn't want to give us our security deposit back. *expensive *Very noisy if you face 5th avenue *Security sucks (they fall asleep) *elevators are slow *apartments have zero charm to them
