very good, clean, convenient location, a little expensive

Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2001-01-01

-very good location for pitt or cmu students
-good laundry facilities
-no car so no comment on parking
-very clean and up to date
-very good staff and maintenance
-rent a little high for most students
-iffy security
-flexible leases but will pay for short-term
-difficult move-in with elevators
