Decent But Expensive From: smurphy86 Date posted: 4/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   My two friends and I have lived here for two years and it is a great location for Pitt students. Management is friendly and helpful. Smoke alarms produce the most obnoxious sound in the world...so much so I ripped it out of the ceiling just to make it stop (no, there's no button). Walls' What walls' You can hear everything. Overall it's a decent place to live, but pretty damn expensive for what you get.
