| 04/26/2013 | I have a very nice apartment (if a bit overpriced), but the real cause of the 5 star rating is the building management. They're fantastic--possibly the best landlord I've ever had. They respond quickly to inquiries and even faster to problems. The maintenance staff usually has problems addressed within 24 hours, and they're very helpful and easy to work with. The management is also committed to keeping the place nice. Since I moved in they've upgraded the toilets, improved my shower water pressure, replaced the old "high/low/off" A/C control with a more sophisticated thermostat, and even upgraded a random light ...
