First of all, the rent has gone up every year since I've lived here. I now pay over $500 a month for an efficiency. Maintenance is slow to respond, if at all. And some people in the office have serious attitude problems. Let's see... peeling paint in every room, promises to repaint that never materialized, stolen mail, broken radiators, broken pipes...

If you are looking for something nice and affordable, this is neither.
