Each year, Sterling Management has increased rent for a deteriorating apartment. The kitchen and bathroom have ancient fixtures. The paint peels off the walls because of the radiator/hot water pipes. The noise is unbearable. If you enjoy knowing everytime your neighbors shower and flush the toilet, then this is the place for you! Also, you can hear every car, bus, truck, and drunk person that passes by on the street.

Management is RUDE and unhelpful when you call them with a question. They make you feel stupid for even asking.
