I've had a different experience than some of the reviewers. My apt is quiet, affordable and very convenient to my work at Children's Hospital. I've had some problems with my appliances, but the staff has always responded and fixed them right away. It's not the Taj Majal, but a heck of a lot nicer than some of the dumps that I saw in N. Oakland when I initially looked. The entranceway is very classic looking.
I also like the fact that their laundry room is well lit and on the top floor, instead of a dark, dirty, unsafe basement.
