I lived there for a year and a half during grad school and had similar situations with cockroach infestations... I was constantly trying to keep my kitchen free of bugs. There was also a water main break that completely flooded my kitchen and closet. That wouldnt have been so bad but maintenance repaired it improperly the first time so they had to redo everything. I didnt have full use of my kitchen for over a month and they got paint on my clothes, etc. Management walked into my apartment twice without even knocking thinking that I wouldnt be there. Not worth the rent in my opinion.
