Unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate management. If you need something fixed in your apartment you will have to call the office repeatedly, when the maintenance people finally show up they will do a very poor job. Expect to see cockroaches in your apartment. The building is 9 floors but the laundry room only has 3 washers and dryers. They will show your apartment to future renters without giving you a notice or even calling you like normal and professional management would do. They will just show up at your door. When you move out they will make up charges to deduct from deposit (cleaning stove, etc). Apartments and building are in poor shape. Wood floors make alot of noise. You can basically here everything going on in other apartments (people having sex, arguing, flushing the toilet, watching TV, etc). Parking on the street is not easy. Street usually noisy. YOU CAN GET MUCH MORE VALUE FOR THE SAME RENT THEY CHARGE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I think you are mistaken about this particular apt complex. There are only 5 floors and maybe 2 penthouses but definitely NOT 9 floors. And there are no wood floors in the apt. Carpet and concrete. No wood floors here! So get your info straight before you start ranting. I have been here for almost 5 years in 2 separate buildings.... SO I KNOW!!!
